2. Placing an Order

When you place an order:

  • You are making an offer to purchase goods from CARBON CROWN LTD.
  • We must receive full payment (including shipping) before your order is accepted.
  • Acceptance of your order occurs when we send you an order confirmation email.
  • At that point, a legally binding contract is formed.

We do not store or share your payment details with third parties except as required to process your order.

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer:

  • An alternative product (if available)
5. Making Changes to Orders

Due to fast order processing, we cannot guarantee amendments or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist, but once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • Measurements are approximate.
  • Minor variations in colour or texture do not constitute defects.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Warehouse & Dispatch

CARBON CROWN operates through multiple fulfilment centres located in different countries.

CARBON CROWN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to dispatch your order from the warehouse where the goods are available at the time of processing.

The dispatch location will not affect the total price you pay at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

7.2 Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via recognised courier services such as DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, or equivalent providers.

All shipments are tracked.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

7.3 UK Shipping

  • VAT is included in displayed prices (unless stated otherwise).
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
  • Next-day delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

7.4 International Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or local regulations.

Duties & Taxes

  • United Kingdom: VAT is included where applicable.
  • European Union, USA & Canada (DDP): Orders may be shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are included where specified at checkout.
  • Other Countries: Import duties, VAT, GST, or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and administrative costs from any refund.

8. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods transfers once full payment is received.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.

9. Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • In their original packaging

Items must not show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

Returned items must be sent within 14 days of submitting your return request. We reserve the right to refuse returns sent outside this timeframe.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

We are not responsible for returned goods until they have been received at our warehouse.

Depending on which warehouse the product was shipped from, we will inform you of the address to which the return should be sent.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Custom or made-to-order products are created specifically to your confirmed specifications and are therefore exempt from standard cancellation rights, except where the item is faulty or not produced in accordance with the agreed specification.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

If confirmed as faulty, we will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Offer a product of equal value, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs (where applicable)

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CARBON CROWN LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delivery delays outside our reasonable control
  • Customs-related delays or charges

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
