Returns

Any Carbon Crown product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date for UK orders and 28 days for international orders.
The item(s) must be in it’s original condition accompanied by original tags and box .The item(s) must be not worn, altered or washed.
Shipping fees are refundable only for faulty or damaged items.

If any of the items you receive are faulty, or damaged in any way, please send them back to the return address and email us at contact@carboncrown.com to let us know what was wrong and we will exchange, replace or refund.

The balance will be refunded to your credit card within 5-7 business days of the reception of the item at the CARBON CROWN return address.

All returns must be authorized by us prior to the return.
